Andrea Quinn is known as an “Empowerment Activist” for women. She is an influential advisor to many in the corporate world and the entertainment industry. Quinn is a certified life and business coach, motivational speaker, and an international best-selling author based in Los Angeles. Her book “The Quinn Essentials for Women: 9 Transformational Tools to Accomplish Anything” is a curriculum developed by her to empower women to get the life they want to live.
Quinn is bestowed with a unique and natural gift of sharing her wisdom with people, especially women. She offers an original perspective that is based on real-world experience. Many individuals and corporations use her curriculum to expand their businesses, inspire communication within groups, and empower people to live their best lives. She facilitates women's groups worldwide through digital classes and live workshops, where she teaches her tools to thousands of women and successfully guides them to “accomplish” their dreams.
Quinn said in an interview with WomELLE, “My mission is to empower women to their greatness. I see a lot of men, and they are wonderful too. But women are teachers and healers that the world has been waiting for. We see ourselves as great healers and divine powers,” Quinn said. Seeing people, especially women, succeed by accomplishing their dreams is her biggest dream come true.
The Beginning
Talking about how she became a life and business coach, Quinn said since she was a little girl, people said she always told them what to do. She used to observe how people made mistakes when making decisions because they did not wait for the right time to act or because they were afraid. Fifteen years ago, many people suggested that she should be a life coach. “I took their advice seriously and researched life coaching,” Quinn says.
Before becoming a life coach, Quinn had a successful celebrity photography business; she owned a photography syndicate. However, when her inner calling came, she gave up all and became a life and business coach to inspire and empower people.
“I am carrying my mother's legacy forward. My mother had eight sisters, and, hence, I have been surrounded by many incredible women since my childhood. My mother was also one of my inspirations,” she said.
Natural Wisdom
Quinn is known for sharing her natural wisdom with people based on her own experiences. She said women are intuitive and act by hearing their voice—people who don't hear their inner voice silence their minds. Women usually don't. Women trust in themselves, and when one trusts in herself, people start trusting her. She listens to her voice and collates her experiences to guide her clients to realize what is best for them. She doesn't tell them how to do their business but to listen to their inner voice.
Quinn advises her clients based on what they want and how they want to be guided. I work with teams as well as individuals. As a business coach, my job is to bring out their greatness as human beings and not teach them business.”
When asked how it feels to be known as an “empowerment activist', Quinn said, “I feel honored because my mission in life is to empower people, especially women, to lead their best lives. I want all women to be empowered because women are not only healers but possess divine powers that can bring peace and take the world ahead.”
“The Quinn Essentials”
In December 2021, Quinn launched a curriculum titled “The Quinn Essentials for Women: 9 Transformational Tools to Accomplish Anything” in the form of a book, which became an international best-seller in just two days.
According to her, 'The Quinn Essentials' are nine transformational tools to empower you to create and manifest the life you want to live. The first four tools are the inside essentials you need to align inside yourself and then take out to the world. The second four tools are the outside essentials that are vital for you to receive what starts to generate in your life. The last tool ties them all together, making you a balanced woman. Many successful women use this program, while many companies expand their businesses, inspire communication, and are empowered to live their best lives using these tools. Hundreds of women trust Quinn to guide and motivate them to take charge of their lives and future.
“When women are balanced, they are unstoppable! These tools, working together, awaken your greatness and allow you to live in your power sustainably, she says.”
Setbacks
Quinn says she has been very blessed as people were always kind to her. “I am fortunate not to have any setback or obstacle in establishing my career. However, the Covid-19 pandemic was scary, and it took a toll on many businesses. I was also affected.” She had clients who continued working with her during the pandemic and needed her help. This helped her during the difficult period.
“During these troubled times, I told people to hold on to their faith and look forward. I told them not to be afraid as fear would stop progressing. My advice to them was to follow nature and think of what they wanted to be when normalcy returned. This kept them forward-thinking and did better.”
Inspirations
Quinn says women from all places and times have inspired her. She is inspired by women who have been able to overcome. She studies and admires women who have overcome – creators, teachers, and healers. “Women like Mary Ann Lisanti, Michelle Obama, and even Florence Nightingale have inspired me. My mother, who overcame breast cancer, was also my inspiration.”
Future Plans
Quinn plans to travel around the world and empower more people. She wants to reach out to as many people as possible. Meanwhile, she trains women to become certified life coaches and collaborates with her to empower more people and businesses. Last year she gave certification to nine women. They use Quinn's tools and techniques to support others.
Message for New Entrepreneurs
“I wish to congratulate all new entrepreneurs for stepping out and starting something of their own. This way, they can make their lives better and help the world become a better place.” At the same time, Quinn advises them not to go alone but seek help from mentors and coaches. Don't wait for too long before you ask for help,” she said. Before concluding, she advised women to stop worrying about money because it worsens relationships.
