Ilhiana’s professional path is characterized by her roles as a business strategist, executive and leadership coach, and DEI consultant. With extensive experience in Fortune 500 companies in Mexico and the US, she has led and coached professionals and teams to success. Before founding BeLIVE Coaching and Consulting, Ilhiana held influential positions in companies like P&G, Hanesbrands, and Hasbro, driving transformative change and growth.
Ilhiana is an Associate Certified Coach by the ICF, Certified DISC+VALUES Coach, and a Certified Team Effectiveness Survey Consultant. She also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from Mexico City.
