The world is changing quickly, and we must keep ourselves updated to prepare for the future. The job market, too, has undergone a lot of transformation in the past few decades, and job skills considered valuable earlier are now slowly becoming obsolete. Hence here are 15 career skills that you will need in 2023.

Emotional Intelligence 

Studies suggest that jobs in the future might demand both analytical as well as social skills. This is because computers are not yet equipped with an (EQ) emotional quotient. Hence, people with emotional intelligence might be in great demand in the future. Apart from it being an excellent people skill, being emotionally intelligent also has benefits.

You can easily keep track of your and others’ emotions and feelings and use them to guide the thought process or actions of others. This also suggests that professions like teachers, doctors, counselors, therapists, etc., that involve emotions and compassion might be future-proof.
