Coach Sam: Empowers Women to Intentionally Transform Their Lives

C.E. “Coach Sam” Sam knows that every woman has royalty within. As the Founder and CEO of Exalted Royalty LLC , she is on a mission to help women recognize their worth and live empowered, purpose-driven lives.    

Sam’s passion for empowering women comes from her own journey of discovering her royalty. Raised by a single mother who instilled strong values and modeled servant leadership, Sam learned firsthand the importance of advocating for oneself and not conforming to societal pressures. “Growing up with my mama as a role model allowed me to develop resilience, diligence and an unapologetic commitment to my beliefs,” Sam shares. “She taught me to define success for myself and not cave to outside expectations.”   

These early lessons provided a foundation that allowed Sam to withstand difficulties like spending her senior year of high school eating breakfast and lunch alone. “I literally spent my senior year as the unpopular kid,” she shares. Such experiences give her empathy for clients struggling with loneliness, self-doubt, or not reaching goals. “I can relate to being in a crowded place, yet alone,” says Sam. “I truly understand what it’s like to feel alone, question yourself, struggle with balancing what you want versus what you need.”   

Sam’s personal journey of discovering her own worth and overcoming adversity fuels her conviction that every woman has royalty within. That central belief powers the comprehensive queen-empowerment ecosystem Sam has built with Exalted Royalty LLC.   

Empowering a Sisterhood of Queens

The seeds of Exalted Royalty LLC were planted one pivotal night in December 2019. Coach Sam found herself on a late-night Google odyssey. Her exploration led to a YouTube video from Coach Tony Gaskins affirming adding value to others’ lives is the core of entrepreneurship. Sam knew coaching was her calling.   

She recalled hearing the words “Exalted Royalty” in a quiet whisper years prior while passing through her college computer lab. The name and concept encouraged others to embrace their inner royalty. Exalted Royalty LLC was born from Sam’s desire to uplift women through transformational coaching.   

Initially, Sam offered personalized one-on-one mentorship exclusively. But over time, she recognized limitations in only providing tailored support for those able to invest substantially. Sam was determined to widen her reach, particularly to those needing smaller steps before making a big leap.   

After developing her signature R.E.A.D.Y. Framework centered on showing up realistically, expectantly, assuredly, decisively and as your authentic self, Sam has two new coaching access points. Sam also created a self-guided eBook, “Recognize Him: Is He Dating YOU for Commitment?” with thought-provoking questions about men’s intentions from a perspective. Her weekly YouTube videos offer free straight talk on leveling up in love and life.   

“It’s important that every woman can develop at her own pace,” Sam explains. “My range of services meets queens where they are while giving them tools to grow into empowered royalty. That’s what Exalted Royalty embodies.” No matter where a woman starts or how far she has yet to go, Sam believes unconditional sisterhood support is essential to promoting real change from the inside out.   

Writing Her Clients’ Transformation Journeys

Coach Sam recognizes intrinsic parallels between writing and guiding others through transformational journeys. Early writing success grounded core philosophies that now empower her coaching approach.   

At the age of 17, Sam contributed her first published work, titled “The World Needs Peace and Harmony,” to a celebration for International Peace Day, advocating for global peace and cross-cultural harmony. Producing this piece instilled lessons about receiving perspectives outside her own and asking thoughtful questions to illuminate clients’ experiences.   

“As a writer, I understand I can’t rush the process. Key elements build purposeful stories respecting the audience,” Sam notes. “Similarly in coaching, the client is the protagonist in their journey. I equip them while respecting the nuances and pace of their growth.” This manifests in Sam establishing trusted spaces for ladies to process emotions without judgment. She employs thought-provoking inquiries, helping them objectively evaluate where they stand. Sam walks clients through incremental steps essential to lasting change.   

Sam applies a writer’s structured problem-solving to entrepreneurship as well. “I break big goals into manageable micro-steps with clear processes, needing certain strategies and supports. No legacy emerges overnight. Patience and resilience drive achievement.” Whether penning words or empowering women, Sam recognizes everything worthwhile unfolds through purposeful nurturing. By instilling this belief in her queens, she transforms the paths of their stories.   

Overcoming Inner Obstacles on the Path to Empowerment

While every woman’s journey is unique, Coach Sam finds her clients often wrestle with similar inner obstacles on their road to empowerment. Self-doubt, limiting beliefs and a lack of self-awareness top the list of issues holding women back from confidence and achieving their dreams.   

“The first step is asking what seems to be the core problem, what they’ve tried already, and how long they’ve experienced this,” Sam explains. Gathering this background gives context so she can explore the contributing factors causing clients to stay stuck in old patterns.   

Sam believes all change starts from within, so she guides her queens through an introspective evaluation of where they currently stand in thought and action. Reckoning honestly with how one subconsciously views and carries oneself is key to creating personalized evolution plans.   

“Once we shine a compassionate light on why issues persist, we can formulate steps to resolve root causes,” Sam details. “The goal is equipping these women with tools and strategies to dismantle obstacles so they can live empowered.”   

This may involve shifting unhelpful perspectives, adjusting behaviors that reinforce limitations, and even reassessing relationships enabling dysfunction. The process requires commitment, self-motivation and consistent effort from Sam’s clients, with her guidance and oversight.   

Through patience and partnership, women transform formerly immobilizing hurdles into launch pads, propelling themselves into purposeful, confident living on their own terms.   

Manifesting Through Mindset Shifts

Sam’s story is one of perseverance in the face of adversity. For those struggling to keep going, Sam has wisdom to share:   

“When times get tough, it’s easy to get discouraged. I’ve had more than my fair share of hard moments on this journey. My advice? Find a mentor who has traveled the path before you. Their guidance is invaluable.   

And be patient with yourself. Rome wasn’t built in a day and success rarely happens overnight. Break down big goals into smaller milestones so you can celebrate small wins along the way. Those little triumphs will motivate you to keep marching closer to your dreams.   

Let that purpose drive you forward with urgency, especially when you feel like quitting. You are stronger than you know. Perseverance takes courage. If I can do it, you can too.”
