Jackie Wallace Empowering Others and Promoting Mental Health

Jackie Wallace is a multi-talented individual, who has achieved success as an entrepreneur, author, and podcaster. She possesses a superpower - curiosity - that has fueled her passion for learning and enabled her to excel in diverse areas. Jackie's willingness to view failures as opportunities for growth has been a key driver of her accomplishments. Her natural ability to connect with others inspired her to establish Sit with a Stranger Day, a national holiday that encourages people to form connections through random conversations.

Additionally, she founded BDOPE Water, a company that seeks to change the way people think about mental health conversations. Jackie's education in General Management from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and her certification as a Professional Life Coach from World Coach Institute have equipped her with the skills and expertise needed to excel in coaching and entrepreneurship.

Jackie's passion for entrepreneurship and coaching began at a young age. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and her parent's work ethic and drive to succeed were a constant source of inspiration for her. She was also drawn to coaching early on, as she found that it aligned with her values of optimism and action-oriented approaches.

National Holiday: Sit with a Stranger Day

One of Jackie's most unique accomplishments is the creation of Sit with a Stranger Day , a national holiday that encourages people to have random conversations with strangers. Jackie's love of talking to strangers inspired the holiday, as she believes that it's amazing what you can learn about people just by standing in line at the grocery store. She hopes that Sit with a Stranger Day will encourage people not to judge others based on appearances and to find common ground with those they might not ordinarily talk to.

Empowering Clients through Professional Life Coaching

As a certified professional life coach, Jackie Wallace believes that life coaching can be beneficial for both personal and professional growth. By establishing an optimistic and realistic plan for the future, a life coach can help individuals clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and create strategies to overcome them. With Jackie as a coach, she helps build a bridge from the present situation to where the client wants to be and supports them in achieving their dreams.

Jackie offers a variety of coaching services, including the Idea Generator Session, Talk it Through Session, and Vision Board Session, which are perfect for those who need quick, surface-level conversations. For those looking for a more long-term, sustainable plan for their life, Jackie offers Transformational Packages. These packages require a deeper level of conversation, where obstacles are identified, and strategies are created to reach one's goals.

The Coaching to Clarity package helps clients gain clarity about their goals and values, while the Coaching to Strategize and Implement package supports clients in creating an actionable plan to achieve their goals. For those seeking a more in-depth coaching experience, the Deep Dive Coaching package is available upon evaluation.

Jackie's experiences as a coach and podcaster have had a significant impact on her personal and professional growth. Her podcast, which focuses on everyday people pursuing their dreams, has introduced her to incredible stories of perseverance and resilience. These stories have inspired her work with BDOPE Water, a company that aims to create a supportive and encouraging community around mental health conversations.

Changing the Perception Around Mental Health

BDOPE Water is a brand that supports all mental health awareness initiatives and strives to help individuals become the best versions of themselves. The company aims to create a community that crushes loneliness and encourages people to pursue their dreams.

BDOPE Water is not just a bottle of water but a symbol of hope, encouragement, and connection. The brand celebrates the misfits and the crazy ones who have faced setbacks but continue to persevere in their quests. BDOPE Water's mission is to tap into the natural power of everyone, helping them flourish and achieve their goals.

As the founder of BDOPE Water, Jackie is on a mission to change the perception around mental health conversations. The company's mission is to create a supportive and encouraging community that thinks it's DOPE to talk about mental health. Jackie is determined to make BDOPE the face of Mental Health and to use it as a reminder to be kinder and not judgmental.

Jackie's Vision and Advice for Individuals

Jackie envisions a bright future for BDOPE Water and Sit with a Stranger Day. Her goal is to expand the brand and get distribution, making BDOPE the face of mental health and a reminder of the importance of human connection and belonging. As Jackie puts it, "My goal is to make BDOPE the face of Mental Health, and that Sit with a Stranger Day reminds everyone to be kinder and not judgmental. We all crave human connection and belonging. BDOPE can serve as our reminder."

Jackie advises those seeking their purpose and dreams to align what they love doing with their values, and they will be in their zone of genius. She believes there is no perfect time to start pursuing your dreams and advises individuals to be prepared to fail and feel embarrassed. As she says, "Be prepared to suck at it when you start and accept the fact you might be embarrassed. Then just go for it. There will never be a perfect time, and you will never be ready enough." With this mindset, individuals can take action toward achieving their dreams without waiting for the perfect moment.
