With almost two decades of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and leadership roles within the tech industry, Julie recognized that while organizations excel in certain aspects of headcount planning, there are often missing or disconnected elements that hinder their success.  

As an expert in building and leading high-performing teams, Julie embraces a leader-as-coach approach. This philosophy was instilled in her early on by a middle school coach and teacher who embodied strengths-based leadership. Julie carries this invaluable lesson with her, continually striving to positively influence people from a position of authority while maintaining humility. She firmly believes in three non-negotiables: putting the team first, fostering a no-whining environment, and avoiding drama. Julie has built and led Talent Acquisition teams across large companies and hyper-growth startups throughout her career. Drawing upon her extensive experience, Julie co-founded Traiga alongside Mike Lew and Aryan Taheri.
