Differences and disagreements are a part of any relationship, but there is nothing that good communication and conflict-resolution skills cannot fix. The pandemic has put our connections to the test more than ever, giving rise to the need for expert help to navigate the roadblocks. Helping create a remarkable change, sustain relationships, and trailblazing the path as an online relationship and life coach is Sabrina Pierce , whose aim is to impact the lives of as many women as possible.
Having spent most of her life feeling anxious, coping with unhealthy habits, and engaging in relationships that ended horribly or were not fulfilling, Sabrina embarked on a journey of self-discovery. During this self-healing phase, she realized how she was helping her clients; this was her true calling. From being a nursing major until 2008, Sabrina wanted to help people but understood that nursing was not the way to achieve that goal. She signed up for some social work classes in school due to her interest in learning more about human behavior. Before she knew it, some amazing professors guided and encouraged her to embrace being a therapist. Along her journey, she found a lot of innovation and ways to help others that were not in line with therapy, which is the reason why she decided to pivot to a new direction and dive deeper into her clients and her work.
Breaking Barriers, Shifting Narratives
Sabrina is an innovator in her field, leveraging her vast clinical expertise and years of overcoming personal challenges to develop and implement her unique online frameworks. She is the founder of two signature programs for women that focus on creating healthy relationships, instilling confidence, and living the life they dreamed of. First is the “Relationship Enhancement Academy (REA)”, which provides 12 weeks of guidance on everything related to relationships. It does not tell you what to do but allows you to evaluate and explore your relationships and apply a vast array of tools to create your dream relationship.
“Internal Freedom (IF)” is her second program based on the self-paced version of individual coaching . It allows women to explore their self-healing journey at their own pace, guiding them through the process of letting go, forgiveness, coping with emotions, and self-validation acceptance, to reach the ultimate goal of peace. Her smaller program is “BFF breakup blueprint”, a self-paced group for adult women to process the grief and loss of friendships and provide them with tools to build deeper, long-lasting connections. Sabrina’s aim in life is to break years of generational trauma, help her clients create healthy habits, and make self-love the biggest priority. Her methods have helped countless women get back the alignment to their core and inner self.
Unwavering Passion for Change
Women are more prone to stress and trauma, given their life situations and multiple roles. This may lead to many mental health issues that must be dealt with. Sabrina advises those that feel stuck in a rut to start doing one thing for themselves that they enjoy the most daily, big or small. “I work with a lot of women who feel the need to put everyone else before themselves. I want them to start by believing that what they are doing is enough. Also, the need to re-evaluate their relationships is paramount, to find that balance, and ensure their mental health is good,” said Sabrina.
She also suggests seeking help when needed because, as humans, it is impossible to handle everything on our own. While on her healing journey, Sabrina initially had to rely on herself for a lot of emotional support and continues to do so. She found most things exhausting and out of control and continued to look for support but seldom found any back then. Now, she has a group of friends and an amazing life partner who she can count on.
Sabrina is now helping countless other women ace their healing journey, take control of their lives, not settle for anything less than what they deserve, and heal from their past. She envisions a community of women worldwide that build each other up, grow, and heal together. She believes that women are capable of more than they even know, and instead of trying to catch up or do more, it is important to take a breather and reconnect with your inner self to grow.
