Today, Supreet is an accomplished Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley, founder of Databuzz, a devoted mentor, and a fitness enthusiast who never shies away from a challenge.   

Pursuing the "American Dream"   

Leaving behind her family and friends in India, Supreet embarked on a brave journey in pursuit of the "American Dream" at age 21, armed with only two bags and unwavering ambition. Despite the challenges of starting afresh in a foreign land where she knew no one, her love for mathematics and the desire to become a Data Scientist fueled her drive.   

Completing her bachelor's degree in mathematics in just three years, Supreet faced the hurdle of universities typically requiring 16 years of education. However, her exceptional academic record, marked by a perfect GPA and stellar GRE score, came to her rescue. This remarkable achievement opened doors for her, and she received admission offers from five universities. Ultimately, she chose Rutgers University for its esteemed Master of Business and Science program in Data Science.   

Supreet's advocacy for women in technology caught the attention of Google, and in 2022, she was selected as a Google WomenTechmakers Ambassador. This prestigious recognition further solidifies her status as a role model and a beacon of inspiration for aspiring women in the field. Furthermore, she continues to contribute to academia as an analytics advisor at Rutgers University and AI Forum, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of aspiring data leaders.   

Driving Data-Backed Growth and Innovation   

As a Product Manager within Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division, Supreet Kaur holds a vital role in the Data Strategy and Products Team. Her responsibilities encompass analyzing data to identify prospects and developing strategies based on the derived insights. Leveraging data analytics tools and techniques, Supreet gains a deeper understanding of users and their needs, enabling her to craft data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives, driving growth, fostering innovation, and building proof of concept for predictive modeling use cases.   

In her previous roles at ZS Associates and PharmaACE, Supreet Kaur excelled in building data-driven strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Early in her career, she focused on solving the impactful problem of predicting the SKU for patients suffering from rare diseases, utilizing AI and ML algorithms to deliver innovative solutions.
