The power of podcasts is beyond comprehension. Podcasts serve as a medium to connect millions of people worldwide because of their ease of access. Hey Podcasters wanted to celebrate this power by the people, for the people. A month-long celebration of podcasts in collaboration with various podcasters discussing a wide range of topics. These podcasters have put their heart and soul into whatever they do for the greater good and are pillars of strength and inspiration for many. Hey Podcasters, hope that this celebration brings our audiences as much joy as it has brought us while recording them.
One of the podcasters joining our celebrations is the vibrant and ever-optimist Coach Jeanine Bunzigiye. A businesswoman and leader, she has touched thousands of lives with her objective to empower individuals and enable them to reach their goals. Coach Jeanine has been a business and leadership coach in the United States and several countries around the world. She has been working relentlessly in the field of social justice and equity and has received several community service awards as well. Her passion in this field led her to be a member of the board of directors of the North Dakota Human Rights Commissioner. That is why her primary aim is to train business owners and companies regarding diversity and retention. She believes that business shouldn't be just limited to your native place or state. To become successful, your services must go global. Hence, a large chunk of her training revolves around helping businessmen and women establish their presence globally.
Coach Jeanine runs her podcast called "EmpoweringYouTV" on YouTube, where she brings different business owners and successful people in front of the camera and talks about their stories. "Storytelling is an amazing art form to get people's attention," she says. According to her, storytelling is one of the key ways to make people understand the importance of their products and services. She says, "You can make an impact on the investors when you tell them the why of your product. Why did you build it? What's the story behind it." According to her, one's storytelling techniques can be used as leverage to get everyone's eyes on you. People often get stuck in their paths because of rigid mindsets or their inability to navigate their journeys despite having a brilliant idea. Bringing the owners to one place and listening to their journeys might help the youth break those barriers and understand the real world.
She is also the owner and founder of With You Solutions, a consulting firm that aims to bridge the gap between business owners, investors, and anyone remotely interested in business. Coach Jeanine helps those looking to expand their business overseas, particularly in Africa, with her team's help. She always wanted to help people go global. With You Solutions comes to the rescue of those who aspire to dominate globally. Apart from aiding businesses in expanding their reach, her company helps to connect business owners with potential investors. For start-ups that have just begun their trajectory, it can be quite overwhelming to build a team of individuals on the same page with a unified vision. Coach Jeanine and her team are inclined towards solving this issue as well, with the help of the resources and networking they have built over time. "We work with them from the beginning till the end," says Coach Jeanine.
Coach Jeanine announced she is going to launch her new venture, "Solutions Academy," very soon. Joining her in this venture will be a brilliant, ever-smiling instructor of Podcast Academy Online.com and host of Her Business Her Voice Her Conversation, Margo Lovett. This academy will have a diverse range of courses so that anyone in the world can learn about business and leadership development from the comfort of their homes.
If this got you excited, then we have a full-length interview between our host Margo and Coach Jeanine, where they talk about several issues.
