Tiffany Houser: Transforming Leaders into Change Makers

Find Your Calling   

Tiffany finished her master's degree in Transformational Coaching in 2018 and then completed a Ph.D. program in transformational leadership. She started her career working in the digital industry for 12 years. Tiffany began coaching when she was the Digital Strategist for The One Group, where she worked with their C-Suite, IT Team, and tech consultants to create space for all to share their desired outcomes and bridge what was needed to bring about the desired outcomes. She went on to become a lifestyle and health coach as she became an instructor at SoulCycle. Through her work, she realized that most of the problems her clients faced centered around their work, professional brand, purpose, and fulfillment. Her coaching showed amazing results, and the clients brought her in to help their teams, thus helping Tiffany evolve into an executive and leadership coach and spurring the idea of starting her own business.  

Empowering Leadership   

Leadership coaching helps leaders upgrade themselves, leading to the team performing better and ultimately optimizing the company's functioning and results. Leaders need to understand their true capacities and work on enhancing their qualities which a coach can help them with. Tiffany did play around with many jobs, yet none of it stopped her from pursuing her dreams, taking risks, and following her professional purpose. She founded EVOLVE in 2018 with the aim of creating better leaders. Along with her team of coaches, facilitators, and strategists who are passionate about people and transformation, she creates space for her clients to get clarity on the team's vision and culture, take stock of the breakdowns causing hindrances, and activate and amplify the skills to foster extraordinary results.    

EVOLVE's services include 1:1 coaching, team experiences (offsites, workshops, speaking engagements, development series, retreats, etc.), and launching or transforming people programs/initiatives. A business requires value-based leaders who can develop and retain top talent and build thriving team cultures with a human-centric approach. Given her vast experience as a transformational coach, Tiffany emphasizes a growth mindset and soft skills development to nurture trust, empowerment, inclusion, psychological safety, and alignment, ultimately optimizing the team's potential to take the company to new heights. Her work speaks for itself as one of her clients, a C-Level in a Fortune 500, and her digital team overcame uncertainty and frustration by creating alignment and clarity, which resulted in a 300% increase in social engagement.    

Honor Your Evolution   

As the name of her company denotes, Tiffany believes in the concept of evolution. Our interests, dreams, opinions, body, and visions are all constantly changing with changing times and evolving into something else. We are not the same people we were a decade or even five years ago, and that is indicative of how we adapt ourselves to our surroundings as well as evolve with the help of others. Some happily accept this evolution by aligning their habits, behaviors, and beliefs with their current situation, while others might reject it. Likewise, a company's culture constantly requires upgrades to create a consistent alignment with its values and mission, to create a destination where everyone feels engaged, fulfilled, and passionately works towards amplifying performance and results.   

With her coaching, Tiffany aims to help people honor their evolution and work towards landing that next big job or promotion. Her practice is based on the Transformational Coaching Method (TCM), Transformational Leadership, and neuroscience. She has seen the impact of empowered decisions on people's personal and professional lives, which helps her deconstruct what's not working for the clients by exploring their mindsets. By aligning strategies and techniques using TCM, she creates a customized, actionable plan to move forward in life with a purpose.    

Giving Back   

Tiffany is also a board member of Becky's Fund, "a non-profit creating connected and empowered awareness around domestic violence by establishing prevention-based educational programs and developing ways to change the behavior and thinking behind issues that cause and perpetuate it to end the cycle of violence." The initiative raises awareness and funds by hosting events throughout the year, besides giving survivors a platform and a safe space to share their stories. With two programs – Men of Code and Become Your Own Heroine – led by specialists in mental health, community, and industry leaders, Becky's Fund works with high school students to empower them to express their thoughts freely.   

Patience is Key   

Tiffany's coaching experiences and methodology allow the clients to ask for what they want and are designed for them to achieve it. For businesswomen who are starting out, Tiffany advises them to seek clarity. "Be patient. Get clear on your purpose. Know your WHY. Once you know that, the challenges and the obstacles will not seem impossible. When we focus on ourselves, our successes, and our failures, we go far. When we focus on our client's results and outcomes, we go further. Take YOU out of the equation and focus on them. That's how you will evolve and soar higher," said Tiffany
