Veronika Vidal: Giving Voice to Emotions

Veronika Vidal: Giving Voice to Emotions

The voice is a highly potent tool of verbal communication. It can help you carry yourself with steady confidence, hold an audience, give credibility to what you are trying to express, and communicate your message with clarity. Veronika Vidal, a voice coach, speaker, and educator, has an abundance of tips and techniques to achieve just that and more. She has been guiding people on how to use their voices as an instrument of self-acceptance and self-empowerment for more than two decades now.

Early Life

A singer-songwriter and a composer, Veronika holds a bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre from New Jersey City University, besides being a certified holistic nutritionist and health coach, as well as a certified Plant-Based Raw chef. She draws her inspiration to enable people to connect with their innermost selves through their voices from the fact that she was born with a speech deformity. Veronika was hospitalized right after birth as she literally could not ‘scream’. Further, at the age of five, she met with a car accident that left a deep scar on her mind. To soothe her trauma, Veronika’s mother introduced her to music which became therapeutic and went on to become her identity. Stage performances and international competitions followed, and Veronika bagged her first big TV show at the age of 17.

Life Transformation

Undoubtedly, Veronika’s soulful journey is one of finding the power of voice. When Veronika moved to the US, she came across different languages and people, which overwhelmed her. She fought to find her voice, and failure to do so threw her into oblivion and self-doubt. To make matters worse, Veronika ended up being in a co-dependent relationship resulting in divorce and bankruptcy, and embarked on a misguided spiritual sojourn that further debilitated her self-esteem. This is when self-realization hit hard, and she understood that the only voice she needed to hear and understand was her own. She dived nose deep into music, and people came to her, praising her for her voice and asking her to coach.

Inception of Vilosophy

Veronika’s intent to contribute to the beauty and well-being of planet Earth through music and a holistic approach prompted her to start a creative project called “Woven” in 2019. This entailed working on her first album, conducting live performances, and indulging in motivational art. The year 2020 saw Veronika’s brainchild “Vilosophy” come into being. It focuses on the unity of life and stresses that every individual is complete on her own and has all the answers within.

Veronika believes that people have talent but fail to express themselves for fear of judgment. With her techniques and years of expertise as a performer, she intends to create a safe space for those who wish to discover themselves. “I help people find the power within and get rid of blockages to embark on a long-lasting and self-establishing journey through my online course titled ‘Voice Empowerment Master Classes’. Ninety percent of people that I work with are not singers. Even as entrepreneurs, you need to present your brand in front of people and talk about how proud you are of it. Clear communication and self-expression is the key to success in life,” Veronika said.

Finding the Voice Within

Veronika's journey was her instrument through which she became a leader for herself. She shows people how to express themselves through the natural sound and approach projection of their voice. As a performing artist and a voice coach, Veronika helps others build self-esteem through powerful personal development, improve speaking and communication skills, and gain recognition with the help of self-presentation. Besides being a guest speaker for multiple online programs and composer of original songs for influencers, she urges everyone to be in tune with their inner and outer self. Her formula – true power lies within – is one that takes people on the path of personal growth to become a leader for themselves.
