She's Possible 25 Most Influential People List aims at celebrating the achievements and recognizing female figures who are charting a new path. Celebrating Women's History Month, we bring you the list of 25 inspiring women who dared to be different and proved nothing is impossible.

1. Mariet Ostos  

Founder of Success Business Solution, Mariet began her journey with a few thousand dollars in her pocket. She even lived in a shelter for months and cleaned bathrooms and houses. However, she never lost her determination and zeal to start her venture. After studying tax law, she started tax preparation services in 2007. Her determination and willingness to inspire others kept her going.   

She has received various awards for her exemplary work and accomplishments. She received her life coaching license in 2014 and provided support to thousands of others. Mariet is a firm believer that obstacles can't stop you, and every individual can write their journey. She has been giving leadership and motivational classes to students since 2016.    

2. Cathleen Beerkens     

Cathleen has been a true inspiration for the females who wish to break the paths in the medical industry. She started her career in the nursing industry and served hours in Emergency and Surgical rooms. She even conducted programs related to Childbirth Education and served as a Teacher's Assistant at a leading university. After moving to Amsterdam, Cathleen explored the traditional form of medicine and holistic wellbeing.   

Cathleen dedicated her efforts and learnings and launched A Wellness Revolution. They are committed to providing training and guiding Health and Wellness coaches in Netherlands and Worldwide. As a passionate and experienced Holistic expert, she strives to help more people regain their health and explore this industry. People from different backgrounds, including therapists, practitioners, and business and lifestyle coaches, actively take up her course. She has been truly empowering the people around her and uplifting them by providing proper guidance.   

3. Kenyana David  

Kenyana is an entrepreneurial trailblazer and founder of 81, Eighteen. She has also been serving as a creator at the Fe-Mail Marketing for Entrepreneurs (FEMME) and has been guiding young females on how they can get more conversions with Email Marketing. Kenyana is passionate about marketing and serves as the president of the National Black MBA Association.   

Her book 'It's All About Strategy: A Workable Approach to Digital Content & Marketing' talks about her learnings. The book covers various tactics and aims at helping young entrepreneurs and small business owners. Meanwhile, she also serves as an adjunct professor in the Business, Management, Leadership, and Interdisciplinary skills department at Medaille College. She has been very consistent towards her goals and worked hard every day.   

Kenyana participates in various activities and has been on the board of directors for multiple associations. Her work has been exemplary and worth taking inspiration from.   

4. Susanne Skov Diemer  

Susanne is an International Security Specialist and CEO of Praesidio Group. Her company provides optimal security, intelligence, and cyber security solutions to public and private sector companies.   

She has been serving the industry for more than 25 years. She was even known for predicting COVID-19 in her native place, Denmark.   

Her contribution to the security and intelligence sector has even helped us earn various awards. She also serves as an expert on the Advisory Committee for the European Forum for Urban Security (EFUS). With a unique passion for the security industry, they deliver solutions globally. From risk management to crisis management, residential security, and more, she has provided exceptional services in the industry.   

5. Ann McNeill  

Ann McNeil is a Business and Life Strategist who is inspiring and empowers every woman out there. She has helped hundreds of small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. She has been providing young minds with the knowledge and guidance they need. From assisting them to gain clarity to help them uncover their hidden opportunities, Ann has been a guide to many.

6. Cindy Eggleton  

Cindy is a true advocate and has been running a non-profit organization that aims at helping the families of young kids. Her NGO Brilliant Detroit seeks to fulfill the requirements of children between the age of 0 to 8. They provide the families with the excellent help they will need for the early phase of childhood.   

They have launched home-based hubs in various neighborhoods and aim at being a helping hand to many such needy families. Cindy helped around 7500 children in the first four years and partnered with more than 80 organizations. They are breaking the cycle of poverty every day and are operating out of 25 hubs now. She has even been awarded the prestigious 2021 AARP Purpose Prize Award. They are making such efforts every day and have helped even more than 15,000 students. She has been a true inspiration, bringing much-needed change to the industry.   

7. Natalie Ruiz  

Natalie is an award-winning executive and CEO of the famous website AnswersConnect. She started her career with them as a temporary employee. She even thought of quitting the role because she wasn't sure of the company. However, destiny had other plans, and she chose to trust that.   

In her interviews, Natalie even mentions that the path to success is indeed unconventional, and one should be ready for the challenges. She has received various awards for her achievements and for being an influential woman. She is even serving on the board of Directors with PDXWIT. Her willingness to learn and motivate others around her has kept her going.   

Natalie always mentions that she loves to empower others and leave people or places in a better manner.  

8. Alyse V. Maslonik    

Alyse had faced various unfortunate circumstances during her childhood. Defying all the odds and experiencing challenging situations, she has always been determined to improve the world. She started her journey with merely $63 in her account at 21.  

Alyse also became one of the youngest Sales and Marketing representatives for NVR INC. She even started RedefinED Advisors, a strategic development partner. The company aims to provide scholarships and financial assistance to students. She truly believes that every child should have access to education. Her efforts and determination are helping her bring change into society.   

9. Linette Montae  

Linette has already earned a place for herself, from serving as a Founder at Legacy Influencer to serving companies at Profitable Empires. She has been mentoring and helping multiple women CEOs and COOs. Founder of Linette Montae International, she has been exceptional in whatever she does, from being a helping hand during the rapid growth phase to designing customer-driven solutions for clients.   

She has around three decades of experience optimizing infrastructures and could be your Go-To Strategic Catalyst.   

Her driven passion has helped multiple small business owners. She has been embracing other women to succeed in their business and lead the change. Apart from being an award-winning results strategist, she has been a national speaker and inspired a thousand others. She has also served two years with Forbes Coaches Council and has authored two books.   

10. Andrea Quinn    

As a Life and Business Coach, Andrea has helped multiple enthusiasts in the corporate and entertainment sector. She even developed a program called 'The Quinn Essentials.' Through the program, she aims at sharing her wisdom and helping various individuals and companies.   

She is also known as an "Empowerment Activist" and has been empowering women around her. You may even see her as a Motivational Speaker. Andrea has also written multiple books and is one of the best-selling international authors in Los Angeles. Along with a talented husband, she is a proud mother of three furry friends and two canines. Her book "The Quinn Essentials for Women – 9 Transformational tools to Accomplish ANYTHING" became a bestseller in two days.   

11. Lexi P  

Lexi is a creative and adventurous youngpreneur who has a passion for writing and serving the community. The young author also aims at helping and mentoring the young mindsets in her troop. In her debut book, Curly Girls Love Your Curls; she focused on the idea of self-esteem and self-love.   

She truly believes that individuals should follow their dreams and keep their hopes alive. All her books are dedicated to inspiring everyone to believe in their ideas. Lexi also envisions sharing a series of books for children and sharing adventurous life lessons with them. She is also a motivational speaker and often gets invited to seminars and workshops.   

The youngpreneur is even making a mark in the beauty industry with her brand Magic Curlanista Hair Line. Her brand was also selected for Sally Beauty's Cultivate, which was a huge honor.   

12. Sumom Geevarughese  

Sumom has 15 years of extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic development, and customer research. She is utilizing all her knowledge and training in Steady Focus Coaching.   

She began Steady Focus Coaching with an approach to help and advice all aspiring enthusiasts.  

Sumom has even partnered with top C-level executives and young enthusiasts. Her guidance and holistic approach have helped them in their career. 13. Dr. Frances Ann Bailey

She is the CEO of Francey Bailey Enterprises and the President of NGO Red Door Empowerment.

She is also the founder of Go Beyond The Interview.

21. Elena Isoldi Medici  

Her journey has been exceptional, from fighting in real life to becoming an inspiration to many. She was diagnosed with critical health conditions, including hypothyroidism, pituitary adenoma (tumor), and infertility, and faced many challenges. After reading the side effects of the prescribed medicines, her journey began. She started reading about health education and soon found solutions to her problems.   

Elena even discovered an effective way to conceive naturally. Her determination further led her to start 360 Impact Health.
